Hours
Tuesday-Friday: Reservations are required for weekday visits to the museum. Visitors may choose to make reservations for the 10:30 am or 1:30 pm tour. Call 202-338-3552 or email visitorservices@kreegermuseum.org.
Saturday:
Open 10 am - 4 pm.
No reservations needed. Optional guided tours are given at 10:30 am, 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm.

For reservations please call 202-338-3552. Reservations may also be made by e-mail (please send name, phone number, number in your party and the desired date and time of your visit), you will receive a confirmation by phone. Send e-mail to visitorservices@kreegermuseum.org.
The Kreeger Museum office is open Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
General Information
- Free Parking on museum grounds.
- Tours last approximately 1 1/2 hours.
- The main level of the museum is accessible to visitors with disabilities. Please call if you have any concerns or special needs. We will make every effort to accommodate them.
- The museum welcomes children 12 years and older on guided tours on weekdays, families are encouraged to attend on Saturdays during Open Hours when all ages are welcome.
- Photography is permitted outside and on the sculpture terrace only.
Group Visits
- For groups of 10 to 45 individuals, a non-refundable check for $8 per person ($5 for seniors (65+) and students) must be submitted two weeks in advance of a scheduled tour.
- Late tours of the museum can be arranged for groups at either 3:00 or 5:00 pm. Special fees apply for these times.

Other Important Information
- The museum is not available to rent for parties, weddings or events.
- The Museum is closed to the public during the month of August.
- The museum does not have a gift shop, but post cards of selected works plus a book and poster are available in our foyer for purchase.
- Backpacks, luggage and large bags must be checked at the front desk.
- The main floor of the museum, the sculpture terrace and rest rooms are wheelchair accessible. Reaching the lower galleries requires navigating approximately 30 stairs. There is no elevator. One wheelchair is available, please call to reserve.
