Storing Personal Items
There is a coat closet at the Museum to store personal items. Umbrellas, large bags, and backpacks are not permitted in the Museum. These items must be stored in the coat closet or left in your vehicle. We are not able to store luggage.
Notebooks, sketchpads pens, pencils, and markers are prohibited in the galleries. Strollers are not permitted inside the Museum, but are welcome on the paved portions of the Sculpture Garden.

to schedule a group visit. A non-refundable check of $10 per person ($8 for seniors 65+ and students) is due two weeks in advance of a scheduled tour. More information is available here
Non-flash photography is allowed at the Museum (smart phones, point and shoot cameras, iPads, and SLR cameras with regular short lenses (maximum of 55mm). We do not allow separate/detachable flash units, additional lenses, videotaping, tripods, monopods, large photographic accessories, or selfie sticks. Photography is prohibited in special exhibitions and where indicated by signs. Photography is permitted in The Kreeger Museum galleries and Sculpture Garden, and at special events such as Family Day and Jazz in the Hoods, and is intended for private, noncommercial use only, and not for publication. We ask that you disable the flash feature on your camera while inside the galleries.
Photographs cannot be published, sold, reproduced, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever, including professional portfolios and social media accounts. Photo shoots are not permitted. Please respect posted signage that prohibits photography of specific objects, collections, exhibitions, events, or locations. All individuals must remain at least 3 feet away from works of art at all times and refrain from standing on or climbing any ledges, railings, and benches.
Museum staff and security personnel have the right to limit any activities that violate this policy, endanger works of art or Museum property, or disrupt the experience of other Museum visitors

The main floor of the Museum, the Sculpture Terrace, and restrooms are wheelchair accessible. The Museum has a limited number of wheelchairs available to use during your visit. Please note that a companion is needed to push wheelchairs. Paved portions of the Sculpture Garden are wheelchair accessible, and can be accessed via the Garden Gate in the forecourt.
Reaching the lower galleries requires navigating approximately 30 stairs, and a wheelchair is available for use in the lower level galleries. There is no elevator.
Please call to reserve a wheelchair or if you have any concerns or special needs. We will make every effort to accommodate them.
