Mixed Media Art Workshop

Join teaching artist Susan Hostetler for a mixed media workshop. Registrants will be inspired through the process of working with a variety of media in new combinations, while experimenting with an assortment of materials: pencils, colored pencil sticks, watercolors, acrylic, ink, stencils, collage, and more!  

We will discuss how to use a combination of abstraction with more recognizable images. 

Each person will be encouraged to explore their artistic possibilities. For subject matter and inspiration the group will look at artwork in The Kreeger Museum, both in the galleries and on the grounds.

All skill levels are welcome. This workshop is designed to meet the needs of adult artists ages 16 and up.

Parking onsite is limited. Please plan accordingly. Please email education@kreegermuseum.org as possible if you plan to cancel so we can offer your spot to someone else. No refunds will be issued within the 24 hours before the program.
